85PHP Terms and Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

By accessing, registering, or using the 85PHP website and platform at https://85php.click, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform — whether you are browsing as a guest, registering as a new member, or an existing 85PHP account holder.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of your registration. 85PHP operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and these terms are designed to comply with Philippine gambling laws and regulations. 85PHP reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide adequate verification within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending funds pending investigation.

To access the full range of games and betting markets on 85PHP, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 85PHP platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required by 85PHP for identity verification. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If your details change, you must update your account promptly.

• Your account password must be kept confidential at all times. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your 85PHP account, you must notify us immediately at support@85php.click.
• 85PHP reserves the right to require identity verification documents including a government-issued ID (PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License) before processing withdrawals or activating account features.
• Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on 85PHP are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 85PHP supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods available to Philippine users:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• 85PHP does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds must originate from a payment account in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. 85PHP reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.
• Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with transactions are your own responsibility.
• 85PHP does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals. Processing fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

• All bonus offers are available only to eligible 85PHP account holders who meet the specific criteria stated in the promotion.
• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso and apply to the member's 85PHP bonus wallet unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements) must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10× means you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before withdrawal).
• 85PHP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering requirements.
• Members found to be abusing bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in low-risk hedging strategies, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Welcome bonuses are available once per household, device, or IP address.

All bets placed on the 85PHP platform are subject to the specific game rules, sports betting rules, and sabong betting rules applicable to the relevant event or game type. General betting rules across the 85PHP platform include:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player unless explicitly permitted by the specific game or sports rules.
• 85PHP reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there has been a clear pricing error, technical fault, or where the odds were manifestly incorrect at the time the bet was placed.
• In cases of disconnection during a live game, 85PHP's server records will be used to determine the state of any unsettled bets. Any claim based on disconnection must be submitted to support@85php.click within 24 hours.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be changed at 85PHP's discretion.
• Payouts are calculated according to the odds or payout tables displayed at the time the bet was accepted. Any winnings are credited to the member's 85PHP account balance after settlement.
• For sabong: bets on voided fights are fully refunded. Results declared by the arena's licensed Koyme are final and binding on the 85PHP platform.
• For sports: results are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport. In the event of a dispute, 85PHP's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 85PHP platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and legal action where warranted:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling under applicable Philippine law.
• Creating more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in any manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the 85PHP platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the 85PHP platform. Any such discovery must be reported immediately to support@85php.click.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit made to 85PHP through your bank or payment provider without first contacting 85PHP support.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other methods to misrepresent your location in order to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Posting or transmitting any offensive, abusive, or defamatory content through any communication channel on the 85PHP platform.

85PHP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or unverifiable information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Engaging in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7 above.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A member's own request for account self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
• Receipt of a court order, PAGCOR instruction, or other regulatory directive requiring account closure.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these terms, 85PHP reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. In cases of voluntary closure or closure for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after standard identity verification.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 85PHP support team. Voluntary closure requests take effect within 72 hours of verification.

85PHP takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide a range of tools and resources to help members maintain control over their gambling activity. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. The 85PHP name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of the 85PHP brand for any purpose — including misrepresentation, phishing, or impersonation — is a violation of Philippine intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.

Game content available on the 85PHP platform is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili Games, Habanero, and Playtech, among others. All rights to such content remain with the respective providers. Your access to these games is limited to the personal, non-commercial gameplay permitted under your 85PHP account.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 85PHP and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Any loss of data, winnings, or account information due to circumstances beyond 85PHP's reasonable control including force majeure events.

85PHP's total liability to any individual member for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the calendar month in which the claim arises.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal requirements and our retention obligations under PAGCOR regulations and the AMLA.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, your use of the 85PHP platform, or any transaction conducted on the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

85PHP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to the 85PHP website.
