85PHP FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions Answered

Players must be at least 21 years old to register and play at 85PHP. This is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. We take age verification seriously — providing false information during registration may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

No worries — just go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password." You'll be asked to enter your registered mobile number. We'll send a one-time PIN to that number. Once you verify it, you can set a brand-new password and get back in. If you still can't access your account, reach out to our 24/7 support team through live chat.

No. Each player is only allowed one active account. Creating multiple accounts violates the 85PHP Terms and Conditions and may result in both accounts being permanently banned — including all funds inside them. If you think someone registered a duplicate using your details, contact support immediately.

You can update certain details like your display name and email address from your account settings page after logging in. For changes to sensitive information — like your registered mobile number or government ID — you'll need to go through a verification process. Contact our support team and they'll guide you through it step by step.

85PHP supports all major Philippine payment channels, including:

• E-wallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
• Bank transfers: BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱). No need for dollar conversions or international transfers.

The minimum deposit at 85PHP starts at ₱100 for most payment methods, making it accessible even for casual players who want to try things out without risking a big amount. Minimum amounts may vary slightly depending on the payment channel you use.

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically instant — your balance updates within seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay also process quickly, usually within a few minutes. PESONet transfers may take a few hours depending on the bank's processing schedule. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation and contact our support team.

85PHP does not charge additional fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may apply their own service fees for certain transactions. Always check with your provider before sending to avoid surprises.

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section, choose your preferred method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure the account details you enter match your registered information — this is required for security verification. Most withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. This applies across all supported withdrawal channels. There is no cap on the number of withdrawals you can make per day, though large amounts may be subject to additional verification steps.

Most withdrawals process within minutes, but occasionally bank transfers can take up to a few hours. If your withdrawal hasn't arrived after 2 hours, check your transaction history in your account first. If the status shows "Processed" but you haven't received the funds, contact your bank or e-wallet provider. If the status is still "Pending," reach out to our live chat support with your transaction reference number and we'll resolve it quickly.

For standard withdrawal amounts, your registered mobile number verification is usually sufficient. For larger payouts, 85PHP may request a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, driver's license, passport) as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This protects both you and the platform from fraud.
